Our mission is to move limited resource individuals and families from dependency to self-sufficiency by providing direct and indirect social services to remedy the causes of as a member of a community partnership collaborative.

We envision communities of strong and stable families where every person has an equal opportunity to reach his or her full potential and where public policies and personal values give highest priority to adequate health care, adequate housing and, social, economic and environmental stability of all families.
